Presale and discount codes
Where to type a code, and why one might not work.

Organisers give out codes for presales and discounts, for example to their newsletter or fan club. We cannot give out codes ourselves.
Presale codes
Some tickets stay hidden until a presale code unlocks them, and some events are on presale until a set date. On the event page, type your code under Unlock with a code. The tickets it opens stay unlocked in that browser.
Discount codes
On the event page, press Have a code?, type the code and press Apply. The discount comes off the ticket price before you pay, and the booking fee is worked out on the lower price. You see the saving before you go to checkout.
Capital letters and spaces do not matter.
A code does not work
The message under the box says why. The usual reasons:
- the code is not valid yet, or it has expired
- it has been used up (codes can be limited to a number of orders)
- it is only for some ticket types, dates or events
- it has already been used with your email address as many times as allowed
If you think a code should work, ask whoever gave it to you, or contact us.
